David Otto is the Chair of the Religious Studies Department at Centenary College of Louisiana and holds the Arthur and Emily Webb Chair in International Studies. He is a nationally-renowned lecturer and author. Dr. Otto is a recipient of the 2010 Exemplary Teacher Award by the General Board of Higher Education and Ministry.
